Overview


A revolutionary concept in drying of powder, granules, pellets & tablets in a continuous, cost effective, efficient manner with minimum human interference.

In a Continuous Tray Dryer material charging is from top and from 01 plate to another plate it keeps on tumbling thereby all the portions of the material is subjected to hot air and dried product is disposed from bottom with no human interference thereby avoiding problem of contamination.

Continuous output can be achieved from continuous Tray Dryer enhancing overall production. The working principle of continuous Tray Dryer is a mixed system of tray dryer and conveyor dryer. The system has continuous trolleys. Products can be dried by using different air sections (bottom - top - right - left). Each trolleys stay at all of air sections by using continuous trolley system.
